Room number and guest name captured at booking, check-in or payment. Day guests are handled alongside, without confusion.
Quotas and fairness between guests
Maximum spots per room, occupancy duration, advance booking or not: your rules apply automatically.

Check-in without staff, in four moves
Guests start with their email and room number. When recognised, their details are reused; they then choose a spot and find their locations on a mobile mini-map.
1. The guest scans the area QR
Displayed at the pool or beach entrance, or shown on the tablet kiosk.
2. The live area map opens
Free spots, already assigned spots: the real state of the area, to the second.
3. They pick their spots
Available spots are selectable and grouped into a single group. Your fairness rules apply automatically.
4. Room + name, and they're checked in
The information is automatically reported to staff. The guest can extend their booking; spots are released by staff action or according to your occupancy rules.
